Ok, so I love them. Made a custom design and tried to place an order with paypal. Looked like my order went through but never got to any payment screen. Also tried to sign up for their email list but got a broken Mailchimp page. Guess this is a new company and they have some bugs to work out? Love the concept and the product!
Oh no Amy – I’m so sorry you had a rubbish experience with them. I wonder if they are getting hit pretty hard with orders right now thus making things go awry. Have you tried emailing them at : info@cableandcottonusa.com to make sure your order went through?
I did try emailing them the day of the issue and still never heard anything back. My order definitely didn’t go through, so I gave up. Just thought you should know that it was a complete waste of time all around with absolutely no customer service. Too bad.
